Dr. Vidya Thobbi, President of KSOGA in 2023, is a distinguished Professor and Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Al Ameen Medical College, Vijayapur. She chairs the Food & Drug Medico-Surgical Equipment Committee and has served as FOGSI President from 2018 to 2020. Dr. Thobbi is the National Corresponding Editor of JOGI (Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society of India) and has been the Organizing Chairperson for KSOGA from 2016 to 2023. Additionally, she holds the position of Treasurer at KSOGA and serves as an EC Member at KSC-AGOI. Dr. Thobbi is also a member of the Academic Council at Women's University, Vijayapur, and serves on the Editorial Board of Al Ameen Journal of Medical Sciences. With three decades of teaching experience, she contributes significantly as a UG/PG Examiner, paper setter, and PG Guide.
