    • 3. How to Change MHP Account's Email Address?

      • a. 

        Email address can't be updated once you have registered. Kindly ensure to give proper email id while registering on https://masterhealthpro.com/register.

    • 4. Compromised Accounts: Troubleshooting & Help

        Click on your name on the top right of the page after logging in.

      • b. 

        Click on account settings.

      • c. 

        Click on "Reset your password".

    • Certificate Generation and Download

    • 1. How to Download Certificate of Completion?

      • a. 

        Upon successful course completion, your certificate will be automatically generated.

      • b. 

        On your Course page, click on "Progress" tab.

      • c. 

        On the Course Progress page, click on the "Request Certificate" button.

      • d. 

        After few seconds, instead of Request Certificate, View Certificate button will appear. Click on it to view the Certificate.

      • e. 

        Your certificate will also be available on the Dashboard page, at the bottom of the completed course card in the Graduated section.

      • f. 

        On the View Certificate page, download option is available.

    • 2. How to Change the Name on Your Certificate of Completion?

      • a. 

        The name on the certificate will be the name on the account at the time of course completion. Once the certificate is generated, the name on the certificate cannot be changed.

      • b. 

        So, while setting up your account, mention the name you want on the certificate.

    • 3. What are the criteria for successful completion of Master courses?

      • a. 

        For Masters courses, a minimum score of 60% in the assessment is mandatory for the successful completion and certificate generation.

    • 4. What are the criteria for successful completion of Fellowship courses?

      • a. 

        For Fellowship courses, a minimum score of 60% in the assessment is mandatory for the successful completion and certificate generation.

    • 5. What are the criteria for successful completion of Proficiency courses?

      • a. 

        For Proficiency courses, There is no minimum score criteria for assessments. The certificate for Proficiency courses is generated after completion of the course

    • Learner

    • 1. How to Create and Use Notes?

      • a. 

        This feature is available only if the course notes has been enabled by the author.

      • b. 

        If available, highlight any text on the course unit pages.

      • c. 

        A pen icon will appear on the highlighted text, click on it.

      • d. 

        You can then add your notes to this page and save it.

      • e. 

        The notes can be reviewed on the Notes tab under each course.

    • 2. How to Mark or Unmark Lectures as Complete?

      • a. 

        Lectures are automatically marked as completed once you have seen every content and answered every question.

    • 3. How to Ask a Question About Course?

      • a. 

        This feature is available only if the course discussion forums have been enabled by the author.

      • b. 

        If available, a discussion tab will appear under the course.

      • c. 

        In the discussion tab, you can raise a new question or add on to an existing topic.

    • 4. How to view Subtitles?

      • a. 

        If the course author has enabled transcripts, this will be automatically shown in the right side of every video.

      • b. 

        When viewing a video, click on the subtitle button in the bottom right.

    • 5. Downloading Course Resources

      • a. 

        Click on Course Handouts on the right side of the course dashboard.

      • b. 

        Click on the file to be downloaded

    • 6. How to Search for Courses on MHP?

      • a. 

        Learners can search for the name of the course via the search bar on the navigation bar.

    • 7. Which countries recognize the courses?

      • a. 

        The online courses offered by MHP have been designed and delivered by world renowned medical experts and are meant for professional development and upskilling of medical professionals and medical grads. We do not offer any recognition from any country or government agencies. However the courses are assessed and certified by renowned medical societies such as Men’s Health Singapore (SMHS) & South Asian Society for Sexual Medicine (SASSM). We are constantly working with global associations and societies of repute to endorse our courses and we will update the same once done.

    • 8. Do you provide practical, in the curriculum?

        The courses are delivered completely ONLINE and hence there are no practical sessions. However, we do provide monthly interactive session with the course directors to address learner queries. The date and time of the one-on-one session will be notified to enrolled users via email and WhatsApp. Enrolled users will also be notified of any future events with event details and charges if applicable.

      • b. 

        We would also urge you to watch out for our new premium offerings to be launched soon, wherein the surgical courses will be delivered through VR mode for an immersive experience.

    • 9. Can I become employable with these courses? Is there any assistance provided for employment?

      • a. 

        Yes. We provide you with high quality and evidence based learning content from globally renowned medical experts that will make you employable. On completion of the courses, you will actually become JOB READY. There is a surging demand in the fields of men’s health and Andrology across the world and these courses will make you “become employable”. As of now we don’t provide any assistance in employment.

    • Payment/Enroll To Course

    • 1. What are the payment options available for the courses?

      • a. 

        Credit & debit cards can be used for the payment.

      • b. 

        Google Pay, Paypal is available in certain regions.

    • 2. Can I use net-banking/direct transfer?

      • a. 

        Net-banking/direct transfer payment option is currently not supported.

    • 3. How to resolve a payment error?

      • a. 

        Try to use a different payment option or a different card.

      • b. 

        Generally, credit card payments are easier than debit card payments.

      • c. 

        Check the available limit on the credit card / debit card.

      • d. 

        Check with your bank or card issuer if there are no blockages on the card. In some countries, international payments could be disabled by default. Please check the online banking app/online bank web-page or contact the bank or card issuer to enable international payments and increase the limit.

    • 4. Who is the payment processor?

      • a. 

        The order & payment is conducted by our online reseller & ‘Merchant on Record – Paddle.com’.

    • 5. Is there support for tax numbers (e.g. VAT, GST, etc.)?

      • a. 

        The local tax number (e.g. VAT, GST, etc.) can be used along with a company name if applicable on the form available on the payment page.

    • 6. What is the refund policy?

      • a. 

        MHP does not refund the payment once the course enrolment & payment has been completed.

      • b. 

        If there are other incidents such as wrong amount deducted, accidental double transactions for the same course, these are handled by the payment ‘Merchant on Record – Paddle.com’ and can be found on their webpage (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

    • 7. Do you provide any financial support and EMI options?

      • a.

        Loan facility is available with our educational loan partner – www.eduvanz.com with EMI options. Loans are subject to credit appraisal and other terms & conditions of the loan partner.

        Alternatively, you may check with your credit card company for financing.

        We run promotions occasionally with special offers in association with industry partners and associations.
